Linear and Non-Linear we discussed narrative types that we could implement into our short film and decided it would either have to be liner or non-liner film. a linear film structure is when the film goes from A to Z and goes in order; starting at the beginning, going to the middle then finishing with the end of the story. an example of a linear film is "Shrek" he is introduced at the start, then gave a goal to find the princess, and finally completes the goal of rescuing her. even though this structure is simple it is very effective and most films use this structure. it is an easy and powerful way to represent a story to the audience. I am planning to use this structure for my film. a non-linier narrative often starts at the middle of a story or the height of a conflict and then double-backs to the beginning. this structure is usually used to highlight a character's life that has a different way of thinking or processing information. films that use this structure t...

For the poster of my movie I have decided to have it look like old posters from movies and propaganda poster from and World War 1 and around that time. My plan is to not have drawings like these posters shown but, use pictures and use Photoshop to make them look like the posters shown another poster I looked at was "saving private Ryan" which is a ww2 action film
