Linear and Non-Linear we discussed narrative types that we could implement into our short film and decided it would either have to be liner or non-liner film. a linear film structure is when the film goes from A to Z and goes in order; starting at the beginning, going to the middle then finishing with the end of the story. an example of a linear film is "Shrek" he is introduced at the start, then gave a goal to find the princess, and finally completes the goal of rescuing her. even though this structure is simple it is very effective and most films use this structure. it is an easy and powerful way to represent a story to the audience.
